About Valley Center :

Valley Center is currently in a transition state. It’s being slowly transformed from a small rural town to a suburban “bedroom” community and has been underway for the3 last several years. By tradition, the town and its surrounding areas have been largely dedicated to agricultural uses. Various crops such as oranges, lemons, and avocados and in recent year’s farmers have been growing lavender. There is also a thriving animal farming industry including eggs and milk.
